Richard Almazan 

Richard joins as Chief Financial Officer. Richard has over 30 years of experience working in various Executive positions in Finance and Accounting. Most recently, he worked as Vice President of Finance with Anderson Merchandisers, LLC in Plano, Texas. His duties included oversight of all financial reporting, budgeting, financial forecasting, cash flow management, tax compliance, strategic planning, and management of bank and financial audits. Richard also served as Chief Financial Officer for Richardson, Tx based Vent-A-Hood, Ltd. for over 12 years and brings extensive manufacturing experience. He brings extensive knowledge of ERP system implementation, accounting policy, procedures and process management to our team and will be instrumental in guiding the company through growth. Richard has been a licensed CPA in Texas for 30 years and has an MBA from the University of Texas at Dallas – Naveen Jindal School of Management.  

Richard grew up in Dallas and currently lives in Allen, Texas. He is married with two daughters, ages 16 and 20. He enjoys following the local professional sports teams as a hobby. Richard and his family also enjoy traveling during the summer/fall school breaks.
