Oaxaca Interests was founded by Brent Jackson in 2007 when he first planted a flag in West Dallas. Jackson pioneered the redevelopment and rehabilitation of the district now known as Sylvan | Thirty. Largely ignored by developers, Jackson saw an opportunity within a deserving community. Over a decade later, the entire area has been transformed to a vibrant, family-centric neighborhood in part due to Jackson’s unique, forward-thinking vision.
