Director of Construction
Jordan brings 18 years of construction experience to the table. During those 18 years, he has served as a superintendent, project manager, land development manager, and director of construction for several single family home developments in Texas including PSW Real Estate, D.R. Horton, and Dooley Homes.
At Oaxaca Construction, Jordan leads the construction team in developing all necessary elements needed for the construction department including scopes, master agreements, budgets, and implementing policies and procedures.
In his spare time, Jordan enjoys fishing, cooking, skiing, golfing, and traveling.
Rhonda has been active in the construction industry since 2011. Prior to joining the Oaxaca team, she was the Construction Contracts Manager for Pinnacle Property Management’s construction division. At Oaxaca, Rhonda oversees the daily administrative operations of construction, working as a liaison between the job site and subcontractors and the home office. In her free time, Rhonda enjoys scuba diving, reading, gardening and spending time at the lake fishing, boating and camping.
Mike began his 22 years of experience in the construction industry as an architectural assistant to Phil Welch, a student of Frank Lloyd Wright. From there, Mike started his own custom home building company where he was the president for 14 years. He then went on to work for a luxury custom home builder in Las Vegas. He then made the move to land development and was a project manager for gated community subdivisions. He then moved onto multifamily construction and gained experience in building garden style, podium style and wrap style multifamily projects. Mike brings a wealth of knowledge to his position as Project Manager at Oaxaca Construction where he is currently focused on a multifamily townhome project. When he has free time, Mike enjoys deep sea fishing and scuba diving.
Joe has been active in the construction industry for 20 years. Ten of those years were spent as a superintendent. Joe’s industry experience includes tenant improvement finish outs as well as ground up construction. This experience has been helpful in informing his current position as superintendent of the Haciendas where he’s been instrumental in their success. Joe considers himself an outdoorsman, and in his free time enjoys grilling and spending time with his friends and family.
Juan has been a superintendent for the last 11 years out of his 17 years of experience in the construction industry. He has worked in infrastructure, commercial real estate, healthcare, and residential construction. He is particularly proud to have been a superintendent on the Amazon building in Boise, Idaho, as well as the New Balance warehouse in Connecticut. Juan is currently the superintendent of Oaxaca Construction’s multifamily townhomes project. Juan enjoys watching NFL football and playing golf in his spare time.
