
Jimmy Garcia
Jimmy brings 17 years of experience in the drafting industry working in numerous roles. Most recently, he worked as the Assistant Superintendent for Reinicke Athens where he assisted with everyday duties in each phase of Mission tortilla’s production plant. Prior to that, Jimmy was a Structural Designer for Strand Systems Engineering where he created structural design layouts for different home builders such as DR Horton Homes. He’s also served as Project Manager for various companies gaining experience in designing buildings for NASCAR garages, commercial buildings and home additions. Outside of the industry, he’s been a part of the soccer coaching staff at Dallas Baptist University, Texas Women’s University, and FC Dallas’ youth program. Jimmy has a Bachelor’s in Sociology and a minor in Gerontology from the University of North Texas – Dallas campus. He also holds an Associates of Applied Science from Mountain View Community College and a Computer Drafting Design degree from ITT Technical Institute.
In his spare time, Jimmy loves watching NFL and soccer games. He enjoys fishing, playing football and
basketball with his kids, and going to watch movies with his family.
